The strength of our community is rooted in our values of gratitude, duty of care to our training partners, and emphasis on effect over aesthetic. We believe that every student contributes to the whole team’s success. That’s why we make the effort to provide personalized coaching, feedback, and support to every student in every class.

We have over 20 years of experience teaching age-appropriate

We are also parents of kids who compete in Jiu Jitsu while playing multiple sports.

Your Child Will Develop

✅ Positive, Supportive Friendships

A lot of people talk about how to get kids to listen, pay attention, and learn in class. You’ll hear them say things like, “Kids need to learn discipline.”.

We use a different approach to class management based on decades of K12 teaching and working with neurodivergent kids. We know that when they are engaged in meaningful activities and learn how to be responsible for their own behavior, they stay on task. We also know that kids need space to be kids.

We teach kids how to manage their own behavior and develop leadership skills. They take ownership of their learning and behavior instead of a coach telling them what to do. Our behavior management system balances the development of self-regulation and confidence with training that is both fun and productive. This develops a mindset and work ethic that transfers far beyond our gym walls.
